Tweet Plugin

Tweet plugin for Mango Blog 1.3+ to add a Twitter feed to your sidebar using jQuery. jQuery is not an included file with this plugin. I recommend installing the jQuery plugin for Mango Blog.

This plugin is similar to the Twitter plugin made by Mark Aplet. There re two differences between the two; This plugin uses jQuery for functionality and this one also displays your Twitter avatar with the tweet. Granted, those aren’t major differences. But those were the big reasons that I created this plugin.

Through the settings section of the admin, you will be able to change multiple options such as the number of tweets to display, size of your avatar, the title of the Tweet pod, your Twitter id (of course), as well as a few more options.

You are also able to change the stylesheet for Tweet through the admin. This involves the use of CFFile. If your host does not allow you the use of CFFile, you will not be able to use this plugin. Of course, if you have Mango Blog installed, you probably have access to CFFile.
